Pros: Easy programming, smart looking and I got exactly what they promised... great customization and IR learning capabilities Cons: None really but you may have to customize a few commands and move them higher in the screen hierarchy Other Thoughts: Great price

Pros: Simple setup. Had it working and fine tuned within an hour. Cons: Seems to be a little funny about turning off unused devices at times...

Pros: Another user stated: "It did not work at all, my windows xp laptop did not discover the device when I plugged it in. It did charge its battery (woohoo) but otherwise, no joy." I almost thought the same thing--then I realized that the device CANNOT BE IN THE CHARGING STATION when you try to connect it to your computer via USB. This IS stated in the instructions, but is easy to miss; if the unit is in the charging station, then as the previous user said, 'it will charge, but won't connect to the laptop'. Take it out of the charging station, and all works as it should. ALSO, I love the fact that setup is not based on trying a set of obscure remote codes pulled from the back of a manual... we're finally past the day of writing "pseudo-assembler" macro codes to get a remote doing what it should do. Cons: None! Finally put all my other remotes away!
